Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Vikas Nagar, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes delivering product training, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to drive business growth in the power conditioning equipment sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to deliver effective Training sessions and product demonstrations
  • Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic IT tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the power conditioning equipment industry is a plus
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with flexibility between remote and on-site work in Dwarka
