Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, delivering sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the sales team and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and offerings.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years in Sales (EdTech preferred)
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed targets
Ability to conduct Training and mentoring sessions for team development
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in education technology or a related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related technologies is an advantage
