Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Sales Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing territories to drive hospital sales, developing effective business plans, and ensuring consistent engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include building relationships with hospitals, identifying opportunities to promote HCAH services, creating strategic plans, meeting sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing support and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Territory Management, with a focus on maximizing coverage and building client networks
  • Experience in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales, emphasizing the ability to promote healthcare services to hospitals
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic development to achieve sales targets and organizational objectives
  • Proven success in Sales and relationship building with healthcare providers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic work environment
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or medical sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field; MBA is advantageous
