Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in West Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential customers, and driving sales of machinery and related services. Tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, providing training sessions on products, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and manage targets.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to guide clients on product usage and benefits.
- Proficient in managing client relationships and resolving queries effectively.
- Experience in the industrial machinery sector and familiarity with the sales lifecycle is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
