Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting the company's renewable energy solutions, and building strong customer relationships. They will oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, help achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves periodic participation in sales training programs and contributing insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in delivering Training sessions and supporting professional development of team members
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Background in renewable energy or solar power solutions is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
