Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in South Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, delivering product demonstrations and training, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team to achieve business goals. The role requires strong communication, customer engagement, and sales management skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and respond to their needs.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive business goals and achieve sales targets.
  • Capability to deliver Training on products and solutions to customers and team members.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, alongside a proactive and goal-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
