Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Technical Sales Specialist. The Technical Sales Specialist will engage directly with clients to promote and sell industrial solutions. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing technical support for product offerings, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Basics of hydraulics and systems
• Strong skills and experience in Technical Sales and Sales strategies
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to maintain relationships and deliver excellent client support
• Ability to provide Technical Support and assess customer requirements effectively
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Previous experience in industrial solutions or similar sectors is advantageous
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to meeting targets
