Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distributor Sales Representative to sell Mobil Industrial Lubricants & Schaeffler Bearings. We have multiple openings across Uttar Pradesh & Delhi NCR. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and promoting the company's industrial products. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Proficiency in market research, customer analysis, and sales strategies
  • Organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of industrial products and an understanding of the industrial distribution industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools - Salesforce is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Fluid Engineering is beneficial
