Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage in prospecting potential customers, building strong relationships, and understanding client needs to offer effective IT solutions. Primary responsibilities include driving sales through identifying opportunities, delivering sales presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the team to meet revenue targets. The position also involves training customers on solutions and maintaining outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and manage client accounts actively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in providing Training to customers on IT solutions or related products.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in IT sales and an understanding of network and security solutions is a plus.
