Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Solar Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves leading customer acquisition activities, managing sales pipelines, conducting consultations, and providing customized solar solutions. The candidate will train and mentor the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the development of innovative strategies to achieve sales targets. The Senior Solar Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with our product offerings and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build lasting relationships
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including driving revenue growth and achieving targets
• Experience in providing Training and guidance to sales teams for improved performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented professional with leadership capabilities
• Solid knowledge of the solar energy industry will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
