Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist for a full-time, remote role. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and managing the sales cycle from start to finish. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop training resources, enhance customer service, and provide valuable feedback for product and process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to achieve targets and manage pipelines effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building and understanding client needs
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide guidance to clients or team members as needed
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Relevant previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Experience with digital tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
