Role Description
Fusion Gaming is hiring a Sales Specialist to handle only inbound leads from our website.
- No cold calls.
- No mall floor sales.
- No walk-in handling.
You will work exclusively from our dedicated sales office, responding to already-interested leads who have:
- Submitted build forms
- Created PC configs
- Enquired via WhatsApp / website chat
- Requested callback or quotations
Responsibilities
- Call & follow up with incoming leads from the website dashboard
- Explain configuration differences (GPU/CPU/RAM/SSD etc. in simple terms)
- Guide them to the right build without upselling pressure
- Share quotations & build readiness timelines
- Update CRM lead status daily (Hot / Warm / Follow-Up / Closed)
- Coordinate with build team for confirmations & payments
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and effectively address their requirements.
- Proven Customer Service and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional and engaging client experience.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed targets while promoting company services and products.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Training and Sales Management to lead customer and team training initiatives effectively.
- Good understanding of PC components and assembly processes, with the ability to provide technical advice and troubleshooting support.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the gaming technology or electronics sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
