Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include driving sales, providing excellent customer service, conducting product training for clients, and managing all aspects of sales processes to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and guiding clients or teams
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proactive attitude with a result-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the aesthetic or skincare industry is an advantage
