Job Description

At Clinikally, we are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to focus on recovering abandoned carts and improving conversion rates. This role involves analyzing cart abandonment data, implementing strategies to re-engage potential customers, and driving sales through targeted outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers who have abandoned their carts via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage completion of their purchase.

  • Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to generate new business opportunities.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand the reasons behind cart abandonment and adjust recovery strategies accordingly.

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets.

  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular updates to management.

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.

Skill and Responsibilities :

  • 1-2 yrs of experience in similar field.
  • Basic understanding of skincare, wellness, or healthcare products (bonus if you've worked in healthtech, pharma, or beauty).
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel.
