Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & CRM assistant who is experienced in ZoomInfo for data sourcing and Zoho CRM for lead management, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will help strengthen our sales pipeline, maintain accurate customer data, and support our business development efforts with high-quality research and CRM execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Sourcing & Research (ZoomInfo)
- Use ZoomInfo to identify, filter, and extract high-quality leads.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, job titles, regions, and other criteria.
- Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Track and update lead database regularly.
2. CRM Management (Zoho)
- Manage and update leads, deals, contacts, and accounts in Zoho CRM.
- Set up workflows, automation rules, and follow-up reminders.
- Maintain data cleanliness and ensure CRM records are always up to date.
- Generate customized reports and dashboards for management.
3. Outreach Support
- Assist sales team with email sequencing, lead nurturing, and follow-up tasks.
- Coordinate data syncs between ZoomInfo and Zoho.
- Support in creating templates, campaigns, and communication workflows.
4. Analysis & Reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, CRM status, and pipeline movement.
- Identify bottlenecks, missing data, and areas to improve lead quality or processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 -12 months of experience working with ZoomInfo and Zoho CRM (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM workflows.
- Good knowledge of data hygiene and lead-management best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with email automation tools (Zoho Campaigns, ZoomInfo etc.)
- Knowledge of B2B sales or SaaS/technology industry.
- Basic understanding of sales outreach strategies.
