Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Training Manager – Sales to strengthen and elevate our sales force.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that enhance the performance, product knowledge, and closing capabilities of the sales team.

This role requires a strong foundation in real estate sales, hands-on experience in deal closures, and the ability to mentor, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop structured training modules for real estate sales.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires and continuous learning sessions for existing team members.
  • Develop content for sales pitches, objection handling, and client engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance tracking.
  • Conduct role plays, mock sales calls, and on-ground coaching.
  • Mentor team members to improve conversion ratios and client handling skills.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputed real estate firm.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader with a proven track record of closures.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong fundamentals in real estate sales and client handling.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong command over English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams.
