Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable fabric solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, maintaining customer satisfaction, cultivating strong relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams. The role may also involve providing training and guidance to new team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and local languages
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and foster client trust
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the textile or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred & open to travel across India.
