We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their business objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or a related field (1-5 years of experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and sales performance.
