Sales Representative Medical & Pharmaceutical Products

Location: Pune, India (On-site)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Pune. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, presenting medical and pharmaceutical products, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.

The role includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and procurement teams, particularly within government hospitals and healthcare institutions. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to improve the company's product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals

Strong knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceutical products, or healthcare products

Experience working with government hospitals, tenders, and institutional sales

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills

Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and within a team

Prior experience working in the Pune healthcare market is preferred
