Field sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build strong relationships. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
• Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively present and sell to customers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
