Role Overview
We're looking for a field-oriented Business Development Executive who understands the real estate ecosystem and knows how to open doors.
Drive business by connecting with the right stakeholders, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into projects.
You will represent a premium architectural visualization firm and directly engage with architects, developers, mandate firms, and real estate marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit architectural firms, real estate developers, mandate companies, and marketing agencies regularly
• Present company portfolio and services confidently in client meetings
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and industry connections
• Build strong relationships and convert them into long-term clients
• Maintain a structured database of prospects, meetings, and ongoing deals
• Research, identify, and build a comprehensive database of target clients across architects, developers, and allied firms
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline movement
• Coordinate internally with the design team for a smooth project onboarding

Candidate Profile (Must-Have)
• Experience: 1–5+ years in real estate / architecture sales or business development
• Proven experience in field sales / client acquisition
• Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and decision-making structure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly disciplined with follow-ups and relationship management
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
• Existing network in the real estate or architecture industry is a strong advantage
• Preferred: Female candidate

Compensation
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Incentives: 2% – 5% per project (based on project value)
• No upper limit on earnings — performance-driven role
