Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support for VMware skillset requirements.
Validate candidate profiles thoroughly before submission; avoid keyword-only matching.
Ensure candidates are interested and agreeable for C2H (Contract-to-Hire) engagement.
Maintain a skill score card out of 10 on the first page of the resume.
Ensure experience level and skillset match the JD requirements.
Verify good communication skills of candidates.
Coordinate with candidates regarding availability and submission within the rate card.
Pre-onboarding BGV (Background Verification) check is mandatory.
Address any clarifications regarding JD or skill combinations proactively.
