Job Description:

  • Generate new AMC leads through cold calling, networking, database building, and references.
  • Build relationships with Facility Managers, Admin teams, and IFM companies to create business opportunities.
  • Identify and target clients across IT/ITES, Corporate, BFSI, and Pharma sectors.
  • Ensure timely engagement with prospects aligned to AMC cycles, as missed opportunities may delay conversion by a full contract cycle.
  • Present company capabilities and highlight service value and differentiators to clients.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings in coordination with internal teams.
  • Drive solution-based selling and achieve assigned sales targets through new AMC acquisition.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline of 3–4x of target to ensure consistent conversion.
  • Maintain accurate updates of leads, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
  • Participate in weekly sales reviews and monthly management meetings with clear updates and action plans.
  • Take ownership of proposal inputs and ensure competitive, winning quotations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing company values in the market.
