Job Title: Tech Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
* Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of inbound leads, ensuring a rapid response time to maximize conversion rates.
* Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to target accounts through cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects based on their business needs and technical requirements to schedule demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
* Lead Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and articulate how our technology provides a solution.
* CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively handle objections and position our value proposition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS or Tech industry.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
* Resilience: A hunter mentality with a high tolerance for rejection and a proven ability to maintain high activity levels (calls/emails).
* Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
* Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leads based on potential value and urgency.
