Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat support
Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions
Guide customers on product usage and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate records in CRM/support tools
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in inbound customer support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools
Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
SaaS or software product support experience is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
Good email drafting skills
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions
Team collaboration and follow-up skills
