Additionally, we offer tailored nutrition plans to promote healthy aging and overall well-being.

Role Description

• Travel daily across Bangalore to visit doctor's clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres — this is a high-frequency, high-footfall field role.

• Initiate and hold face-to-face conversations with general physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and pharmacists to introduce KineticAge's programs.

• Build a reliable territory of healthcare touchpoints — regular visits, warm relationships, and consistent follow-ups are the core of this job.

• Pitch KineticAge's senior wellness and physiotherapy programs clearly and confidently; leave behind materials and keep the conversation alive.

• Convert healthcare professional relationships into active referral channels and institutional partnerships.

• Identify new clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, and geriatric care centres to expand your territory.

• Track every visit, conversation, and referral accurately in the CRM — your field data drives team decisions.

• Coordinate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure messaging and materials are sharp and relevant.

• Meet or exceed monthly targets for clinic visits, new partnerships, and client referrals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare/pharma field sales

• Proven track record of building relationships through in-person visits to clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals

• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday travelling across Bangalore — this role is 70%+ in the

field

• Confident, clear communicator who can hold a compelling conversation with doctors, pharmacists, and

clinic staff

• Self-disciplined and target-oriented; able to plan and execute a daily visit route independently

• Existing network of healthcare contacts in Bangalore is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM tools for logging visits, leads, and follow-ups
