We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
