Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online leads.
  • Follow up with prospects, explain project features, and convert them into site visits and bookings.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system and lead tracking via CRM tools.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building:

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties or investment options.
  • Arrange and conduct property/site visits and explain pricing, payment plans, and legal procedures.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, property expos, and promotional events.

Documentation & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the legal and operations team for documentation and agreement execution.
  • Support customers through the home-buying journey including loan assistance, registration, and handover.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about competing projects, market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and management teams for improving campaigns and project offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of real estate sales experience (fresher with good communication may be considered for junior roles).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and documentation processes.
  • Prior experience with high-ticket or luxury real estate (for upscale projects).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, or NoBrokerHood.
