Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role located in Kolkata. The Sales Professional will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients, onboarding new DSA companies and individual partners, promoting loan products and services, and achieving sales targets. They will conduct client consultations, manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, and assist clients in selecting the most appropriate financial solutions. The role will also involve regular market research, lead generation, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
  • Understanding of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance
  • Ability to conduct market research, identify leads, and manage pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial services or sales roles is preffered
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines
