Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Kolkata. The consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and meeting client property needs, and actively participating in the entire sales cycle. Responsibilities include property showings, negotiations, market research, and timely client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and successful closings. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience or skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Real Estate Consultation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of Kolkata's real estate market and familiarity with property transactions
  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to meeting sales goals and addressing client needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic tech-savviness
  • Flexibility to travel locally for property showings and client meetings as required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
