Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects

• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms

• Comfortable fixing appointments with Chanel partners.

• Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines

• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

• Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts

• Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets

• Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive company growth and acquire potential clients
  • Must be comfortable with Field Marketing
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present proposals
  • Experience in the interior design industry is a plus

Salary – Up to 30k in hand + incentive
