Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Jaipur. The Sales Professional will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, generating and managing leads, identifying opportunities for business growth, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, staying informed about industry trends, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and business development strategies
  • Ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse client needs
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work effectively in a team
