About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base in the staffing and recruitment domain. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building relationships, and generating consistent business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and non-IT hiring
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements
- Pitch recruitment/staffing services and close new business deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
- Follow up with clients for feedback, closures, and repeat business
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage the sales cycle
Good to Have:
- Experience in selling IT recruitment services
- Understanding of hiring trends and recruitment lifecycle
- Existing client network is a plus
