Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting regional sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales strategies, building strong partnerships with clients, leading and motivating a sales team, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's presence. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with internal departments to align goals.

• Proven sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in marketing strategies, market analysis, and customer research to drive results.
• Leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or fashion industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel within the region as needed.
