Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with corporate clients and HR teams to offer end-to-end talent platform and online recruitment solutions across India, ME, and SEA regions through inside sales.
  • Identify and connect with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition/HR who are responsible for hiring needs, including senior professionals like CHROs, CXOs, and CFOs.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm calling, along with effective business email communication.
  • Understand client requirements, present proposals, and customize solutions based on their hiring needs.
  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets by nurturing accounts and managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Drive new business acquisition by onboarding new clients and maximizing revenue opportunities within accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activities, contribute to counter-strategies, and stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and emerging markets. 

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate.
  • 1–7 years (based on designation) of B2B sales experience with hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle.
  • At least 18–24 months of B2B corporate outbound sales experience in an Inside Sales/Telesales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to handle and successfully close sales deals end-to-end.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Internet savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Preferred industry experience: IT, HR/Consulting, Media, Solution Selling, BFSI, Telecom, Dot Com, etc.
  • Self-driven, performance-oriented, and assertive personality suited for sales.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team.
  • Strong interest and zeal to build a career in sales.
