Sales Operations Manager

A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company building its India revenue team

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)

About the Company

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India revenue operations team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will give a fast-growing sales org the data, tooling, and process it needs to scale. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will own the engine behind the sales team, keeping the CRM clean, forecasting accurate, and reps focused on selling rather than admin.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Tooling

  • Own CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, and sales workflows
  • Administer sales tooling, territories, and lead routing
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks and process documentation

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Run pipeline reviews, forecasting, and quota tracking
  • Build dashboards on conversion, velocity, and rep performance
  • Surface insights that help leadership hit revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations
  • Strong command of CRM tools and sales reporting
  • An analytical, process-first thinker with attention to detail
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar at scale
  • Exposure to SaaS or B2B sales motions
  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
