Job Description

Position: Sales Operations Manager (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and manage the sales operations framework for the organization
  • Tracks and reports on (account specific and overall) sales performance against organizational goals on revenue growth, margins and strategic expansion
  • Maintains the executive elements of account plan (addressable budgets, growth whitespace, protect the core) in collaboration with client partner
  • Monitor the sales pipeline to support timely intervention for deal progression
  • Acts as an independent consultant to spot risks to sales performance and advises on strategies to mitigate target impact
  • Define and chairs sales and account reviews to ensure unbiased curation and radiation of portfolio offerings, relationship advocacy, deal qualification and best practices
  • Manages the sales intelligence unit responsible for account intelligence, market research, competition analysis, map offerings and differentiated positioning

Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of P&C insurance industry experience, preferably in sales front office as a client partner or similar client facing role
  • Proficient in account planning, reporting and sales governance
  • Experience in being independent voice of reality and reason
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mature in cross functional team collaboration
