Position Summary

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for running the operational backbone of Aurigo's global sales organization, with a primary focus on supporting North America and enabling expansion into the Middle East.

This role owns sales process integrity, forecast discipline, commission execution, and sales operating cadence. Success is measured by improved forecast accuracy, a healthier pipeline, faster deal execution, and tighter alignment between Sales, Finance, and Leadership.

The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable enforcing standards, and can translate data into action.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Process Excellence

  • Own and run the global sales operating cadence, including weekly forecast reviews, monthly pipeline inspections, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Enablement, Marketing, and Finance to align business processes, tools, and execution
  • Serve as the single source of truth for pipeline, forecast, ARR, and deal status across regions.
  • Enforce pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, close date discipline, and forecast submission standards.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to track follow-through on commitments, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Own Salesforce and related revenue systems as business tools, ensuring configuration supports Aurigo's sales motions.
  • Drive adoption through clear process design, enablement, and reinforcement.
  • Partner with internal teams on enhancements that improve execution, not just visibility.

Sales Compensation & Commission Execution

  • Design, administer, and execute sales commission plans for all roles (Inside Sales, Field Sales, Channel, Customer Success, etc.).
  • Validate monthly and quarterly commission calculations and ensure payouts are accurate and timely.
  • Provide insights into compensation effectiveness and recommend plan improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Benchmark compensation models internally and externally to ensure market competitiveness.

Business Insights & Forecasting

  • Drive accurate, predictable forecasting for North America and emerging regions.
  • Analyze pipeline quality, coverage, and aging to identify execution gaps and risks early.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights that translate data into actions, not raw reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 710 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Experience working in fastpaced product/SaaS companies is a must.
  • Strong understanding of global sales models Inside Sales, Field Sales, Channel, and Enterprise Sales.
  • Proven expertise in sales commission plan execution and incentive operations across multiple regions.
  • Ability to recommend compensation plan changes based on performance data and industry benchmarks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growthoriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution.
  • Experience supporting US/Canada/EMEA/APAC sales teams.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software industries.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement or revenue operations frameworks.
