Role Overview:
As the Sales & Operations Manager for Pilates Circle, you will be responsible for delivering on daily-weekly-monthly sales targets, ensuring highest operating and member experience standards in our studios, continuously evolving our experience and sales processes, adequately staffing our studios with motivated and capable studio managers, managing studio manager performance and morale, and operational excellence in a high-velocity, dynamic business segment. This role demands strong execution, customer obsession, team building, comfort with numbers, empathy, and an ability to collaborate with multiple team members.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Sales Ownership: Drive the overall sales delivery of Pilates Circle across new and retention revenue of pack sales and private training on a daily-weekly-monthly basis. Problem solving to drive opportunities/course correct to deliver on target.
- New center launches: Coordinating to set up and deliver on pre-sales targets, and ensuring a high quality center launch experience for team and members.
- Owning exceptional member experience at the studio on an everyday basis: Ensuring perfect studio standards and high warmth and personalization from studio managers for every member everyday.
- Leading a capable and motivated team:
- Staffing high caliber studio managers.
- Ramping up studio managers through coaching and continuous learning experiences.
- Ensuring high motivation levels through personal connection and engaging deeply without bias or judgement.
- Proactively anticipating and solving problems relating to studio managers.
- Improving processes: Identifying opportunities and collaborating to continuously improve processes with regards to member experience, team experience, and sales delivery.
