The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring end to end sales process hygiene, CRM accuracy, and MIS discipline across categories. The role acts as a central coordination point between Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams, enabling smooth order execution and reliable data flow.
Responsibilities
- Sales MIS and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS covering pipeline, orders, dispatches, and collections
- Ensure alignment and consistency of data across CRM, sales trackers, and finance reports.
- Inter-Department Coordination and Collaboration
- Work with Procurement teams to track order confirmation, material availability, and dispatch timelines
- Liaise with Finance teams to align on billing, collections status, credit approvals, and reconciliations
- Client Relationship and Operational Support
- Support sales teams in client coordination, follow-ups, and documentation sharing
- Maintain updated client contact databases and communication logs
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity
- Order Tracking and Execution Support
- Track order status from confirmation to dispatch and delivery
- Ensure timely updates are shared with sales, procurement, and finance teams
- Documentation, CRM, and Data Management
- Maintain accurate and well-organised records across CRM and internal trackers for leads, clients, opportunities, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and client communications
- Data Authenticity and Process Hygiene
- Validate data received from sales teams before updating CRM or MIS trackers
- Ensure all entries are supported by relevant approvals, quotations, or documentation
