Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support the sales team by managing data, processes, and reporting. This role ensures smooth sales operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating between teams, and providing insights that help improve sales efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update sales data, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for smooth sales operations
- Assist in sales process documentation and workflow improvements
- Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools and data access
- Handle sales-related documentation such as proposals, invoices, and agreements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
