Job Description

  • Develop and implement key growth sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and goals in designated distribution geographies.
  • Develop Channel Sales, Work on Vistaar 2.0
  • Create and execute business plans in coordination with partners to meet sales goals and targets effectively.
  • Conduct research to identify and develop marketing opportunities, as well as plan and implement new sales strategies.
  • Drive the sales cycle and ensure timely closure of deals, with a focus on value proposition based sales and large enterprise deals.
  • Coordinate sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote products and build brand equity.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM and sales tools.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities while providing support to the sales and marketing teams with relevant insights and analysis.
  • Manage a retail sales force and oversee partnership sales to achieve sales targets and objectives as per business plans.
  • Utilize sales and CRM tools for capturing leads, enquiries, and customer information to drive sales growth.
  • Must have experience in channel management, customer management, and techno-commercial sales to achieve direct B2B channel sales and distributor network growth.
