Role Description

As a Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in driving sales operations at MIPL. This full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi involves building and managing relationships with customers, generating leads, supporting channel sales, and taking responsibility for driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to manage and grow distribution networks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and objectives consistently.
  • Experience in FMCG or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
