Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida/Ghaziabad for a Credit Card Sales Officer at HDFC Bank on HDB Payroll. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products, generating leads through branch channels, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves explaining the benefits and features of credit cards, understanding customer requirements, and assisting them in the application process efficiently and professionally. The position contributes directly to achieving branch-level sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Channel Sales expertise to collaborate with teams and ensure smooth operations in a competitive sales environment.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in the banking or finance sector, is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or other relevant fields.
