Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our client's dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategies to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and expand reach.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and understand customer preferences.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote our product range to retailers and distributors, ensuring optimal visibility and availability in the market.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management for informed decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales strategies and ensure timely product delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
