Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a variety of commercial and agricultural equipment products, including seeds, fertilizers, and vegetable crops.
  • Build a book of business by calling potential customers or visiting their businesses.
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise in dealer, distribution, and channel sales.
  • Analyze market size and competitor activities in terms of branding, sales promotion, and market share within the designated territory.
  • Demonstrate product usage in the field or on-site when required.
  • Recommend more efficient products, machines, or services.
  • Prepare MIS and reports regularly according to management policies.
  • Conduct continuous business transactions.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand business avenues.
  • Contribute to top-line and bottom-line growth as per management policies
