Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales officer to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and distributors to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Promote our product range to retailers and distributors, ensuring visibility and availability in the market.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
  • Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales strategies and ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in North and East Bangalore areas is preferred.
