Role Description The Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting elevator and escalator solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Officer manages the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with technical and operations teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, supporting channel partners, handling customer service queries related to sales, and updating sales reports and documentation. The role also requires staying informed about market trends and competitors to support strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and provide clear, professional support.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage pipelines, follow up on inquiries, and support the end-to-end sales process.
  • Background in Channel Sales to collaborate with distributors, partners, and other sales channels effectively.
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities in a B2B or construction/infrastructure-related environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, visit client locations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for maintaining records and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in elevator, escalator, or building solutions industry is an advantage.
