Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Sales Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, and promoting the bank's financial products and services. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales operations, and collaborating with channel partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential clients effectively
  • Proven expertise in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth
  • Strong Communication skills to build and sustain client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet organizational goals
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services is advantageous
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
