Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Electronic Security System products.

Industry Events: Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Marketing Collateral: Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales presentations.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address their inquiries and concerns.

Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

  • Market Analysis and Reporting:

Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Sales Reports: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.
